Rich Fein

Rich is former owner of Cynergy E-Bikes, a multi-brand e-bike specialty shop in Portland Oregon. Cynergy launched in 2014, with Rich and Ruthellen Fein at the helm. In seven years Cynergy grew rapidly to become one of the largest bike shops in Portland and one of the top e-bike specialty shops nationwide.

Cynergy maintained its consistent growth by providing a diverse array of e-bikes (both by type and brand), cost-effective marketing, an engaging and informative sales process and an overall customer experience that encouraged customers to refer their friends.
